It's laughable that you would even dare make such a claim.

And no, I would NOT say ignoring other priorities if he fixes one as the most important. I would only do so if he DID ignore other priorities. The top priority is that which is felt to be the most important issue. How can thirteen issues ALL be the MOST important?

Such rhetorical game-playing is typical of this dishonest man. Defending it puts your own credibility in question.Marshal Arthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01054268632726520871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14443165.post-15876119333265761502010-08-24T12:48:46.259-05:002010-08-24T12:48:46.259-05:00More bulls**t, Marshall. If Obama made jobs his #1, top, most important, the one thing I want everyone to concentrate on, then you'd complain that he is ignoring, Afghanistan, terrorism, energy, national defense, etc.

You're right. This is all about rhetoric, and the fact that you are suggesting that Obama is somehow misusing the bully pulpit by gearing his content to his audience is really inane.

And that's the point of my comment.

The subject of this post is CRAP.Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10004209843701697773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14443165.post-53581011316788627122010-08-24T00:53:58.426-05:002010-08-24T00:53:58.426-05:00Sorry Jim. But it is you who is spreading the man...Sorry Jim. But it is you who is spreading the manure here. I don't care how many employees you have. That doesn't mean a damned thing as regards priorities. There can only be ONE priority in that only one thing can be the MOST important issue with which any company must deal. That's NOT the same as saying it has several issues it MUST resolve. But they can't ALL be THE #1 priority. They can't all be THE TOP priority. That's just incredibly stupid.

As regards Obama, the same thing goes. It's rhetorical bluster to use that expression for every issue as there can only be one TOP priority, with all others being subordinate to it. Also, as I said, those 13 are merely those that Game listed. I don't believe he said those were all there were. No doubt Barry would use that expression for any issue about which he was talking at any given moment. It's meaningless. One can have a list of priorities, but not every issue can possibly be the TOP priority all at the same time. It's illogical BS meant to posture himself as being a take charge guy, which he needs to do since he spends so much time vacationing.Marshal Arthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01054268632726520871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14443165.post-7935342230291949632010-08-23T21:41:04.742-05:002010-08-23T21:41:04.742-05:00Complete bulls**t argument, Marshall. My company ...Complete bulls**t argument, Marshall. My company has several hundred thousand employees. If we all focused on one priority, what a waste of talent.

The Obama administration has 15 cabinet level departments. Wow! That's two to spare for 13 top priorities.

Try something else.Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10004209843701697773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14443165.post-3873927406887916592010-08-23T01:13:35.229-05:002010-08-23T01:13:35.229-05:00C'mon Jim! One of them must surely be a greater priority than all the rest. And how many lesser priorities does your team have?

But thirteen?! Doubtless that's merely all Game could find.

There can really only be one priority or there is no one thing more important than any other.

This kinda reminds me of Clinton. HIS favorite line was something like, "I've never worked so hard on..."whatever. But it's the same game: making whatever issue he happens to be talking about at the time sound like it's of ultimate importance to him.Marshal Arthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01054268632726520871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14443165.post-25314646847664707462010-08-17T15:11:52.151-05:002010-08-17T15:11:52.151-05:00Today my boss told me that our team has 5 top prio...Today my boss told me that our team has 5 top priorities. I called him an empty suit before the election and he is showing all he can do is spew catch phrases like he was doing an interview on Monday Night RAW. He was in Milwaukee yesterday and did a quick speech that was entirely worthless and meant nothing, even for his standards.
