Suburban Web site says 'Idol' is 'giant karaoke contest'

Amen!!!
My wife made me watch this crap last night and that is 100% correct.
Just because you can scream loud and hit lots of notes doesn't mean you can make hit records...
In fact, those kind of voices DONT make hit records...Underwood and Clarkson have made it, most have a hit or two and go away.
