Just 3 new voucher schools approved

good, since these schools are the new scam for many people.
A very small percentage of these schools offer a quality education or have certified teachers.
This is one area I am okay having the govt regulate something..
The program is good if schools can prove they are offering a quality education.
The question is, how and who decides that...and that seems to be the controversy.
