Very interesting to read about this situation. They answer my question: How long would it take to re-fill the lake? Answer: 14 days The problem is that they can't fill it until they fix the breach. UPDATE more video of Lake Delton
Does anyone know if it's the Lake Delton breach that is causing the successive flooding down the Mississippi? And, did it overflow the Wisconsin River to the point that water went from it into the Fox River?
