Its never about what is right and wrong with some people, its about power and getting what you want.
I could not find one single person who thought those tests should be thrown out just because some blacks couldn't pass it...none.
The Supreme Court didn't agree, not even the descent agreed with Sotomayor...
She is only seeing things through a race colored lens.
To people like her and Obama, everything is about race.
Its nice to see that even the liberals I know understand that this is dead wrong
Problem is you see the bad behavior and what type of people support someone like Sotomayor, and she will be a person that is on the highest court in the land..

I guess when a liberal is in charge.
Now, liberals get very mad when you correctly point out that liberal judges make up laws from the bench and let their personal opinion get in the way, not the law of the land.
Well, as always, the stereotype holds true and here we have the liberal POTUS flat out telling us that his judges will take people's feelings and personal struggles into account. The constitution and the law are not enough.
The more accurately you describe what liberalism actually is and does to the country, the louder they scream.
You have to give Obama credit, he is not hiding his liberalism at all. He is coming right out and saying what he wants...and he believes most of us are stupid enough not to care or actually think this is the way things should be done.

Something disturbing that I read about this today:
Somewhat opaquely, Obama, a constitutional law lecturer, has said that the single most important qualification his appointments must possess is empathy for those who are less fortunate.
Really? I thought their job was to determine if laws passed by the legislature are constitutional...sounds a lot like legislating from the bench. Hum...

Lets see how liberals scream and yell when Republicans so much as ask a question about whomever he picks....when they obstructed judge after judge when Bush was in office...
