Main Stage Review:
The Wisconsin State Fair held a Rock n' Roll mass on a Wednesday night at the Mainstage. Around 4000 parishioners were treated to great sounding music. I typically think that the Christian rock shows at the fair sound great. It sounds like mainstream rock, its just that every song is about Jesus. The acts are very nice and tonight both acts signed as many autographs as the people wanted after the show. The stage was the more elaborate I have seen at the fair in years, there were 5 or 7 light towers behind Jeremy Camp that created a wonderful visual spectacle. All in all a great show if you like good sounding rock music and want to have every song about Jesus.

Game, I took my children to the show and it was so refreshing not to hear the "f" word or sexual content in the music. I have one Jeremy Camp CD and I love it. His website does say that he is an ordained minister and that he lost his first wife to Ovarian cancer at 23.
Chad James was even more impressive because he played the guitar with only one hand. Both these men are exceptionally gifted musicians. Great concert!!!! I hope next year will have similar concerts. Great Fair!!!
Another great weather day..great variety of activities day at the fair..try it..you'll like it....
