Level playing field

I just wanted to go over a few stories and see if people think the outcomes are fair...

Republicans passed the 1964 Civil Rights act
Conclusion...
Democrats are the ones credited with helping minorities and Republicans are all racists.

Trent Lott said that this country would be in a better place if Strom Thurmond won his election for the Presidency during Thurmans 100th birthday party
While...
Robert "KKK" Byrd used the "n" word more than once in the same month
Howard Dean makes a joke that the only way blacks would be at a Republican function is if they are on the service staff
Conclusion...
Trent Lott is a racist and must step down as leader of the Senate

George W. Bush hires the first Hispanic attorney General, first black secretary of state, first black national security advisor and black secretary of education.
Bush's top two cabinet members have always been black
Bill Clinton had one Hispanic secretary of commerce and a black transportation secretary.
From what I could find out, Clinton only had two black members of his cabinet, and they were low level cabinet positions.
Conclusion...
George W Bush is racist, an evil Republican who hates minorities, wants to keep them down, and loves to line the pockets of rich white men.
Bill Clinton is the "first black President" who loves blacks, and will do anything for them.

conservatives, feel free to comment about this "level playing field"
Liberals, tell me how this is a "level playing field"
