400 now waiting for food assistance

I see a lot of flooding in Jefferson county and other counties around the state...
Didn't know hundreds if not thousands of people from the city of Milwaukee were flooded out of their homes.
Around my house people had some basement damage, but around my house people are taking care of themselves and I don't see anyone who is starving because they had their couch get wet in their basement.
This is the liberal/democratic mentality..and these types of people...people who are always looking to get something for nothing were created by failed liberal social programs of the last 40 years.

State scraps computer project

The state has pulled the plug on what was to be a $41.2 million computer project after it spent $10 million on a key component that has yet to work.

The suspension of the federally funded EnABLES project comes in the midst of an audit of state information technology projects and less than a year after the University of Wisconsin System abandoned a payroll system that had cost $26 million.
The state has been beset with a host of computer problems in recent years, including a failed e-mail upgrade, a long-delayed voter registration system and a database that has not accurately tracked sales tax collections. Together, the value of those troubled projects exceeds $100 million.

I read that and want someone to explain how this happens....
Then, explain how anyone can think the government should be put in charge of our health care and everything else from the cradle to the grave?

Gov. seeks sweeping health system reforms

We are on a sinking ship my friends.
It has started.
Liberalism and socialism will ruin this country as it has everywhere else. We are NOT entitled to free health care, or really free anything....we have forgotten that....and now EVERYONE will suffer.
The quality of care will go down, drug and research companies will not have any incentive to create new drugs because Dem's will make them sell every pill for two cents.
Everything has to be "fair" and "free" in this country now...
So the people who are productive and responsible will no longer be rewarded with better schools, better health care...we are all going to end up with the same crap.
