Pirate story shows the liberal mindset and then the right way to do things

The pirates were in the wrong, and they were punished. Did it mean they had to be killed?
Not saying that.
The punishment has to fit the crime. Luckily in the military that rule still holds true. Once the pirates made it look like they were going to kill the Captain, they were taken care of...
We talked to them, we played nice...and with some people that works, others it does not.

Now we already have people upset because we made the other pirates mad. Now they are going to kill Americans next time they capture them.
To the common liberal, now their behavior is our fault.
They don't think about the fact the pirates are doing something wrong, that they are the ones killing innocent people or capturing ships.
Nope, blame the big bad USA.
Its a stark contrast between common sense and liberalism.
Same happens everywhere.
Liberal thought:
"We have to understand why terrorist hate us"

Lets see how the comments go the next few days.
Will liberals be happy the right thing is done, and call for the end of the pirate behavior all together, or will we get them being who they are: Blaming America first and want to know why the pirates do what they do. It doesn't matter if what the pirates do is wrong, just that it is our fault.

Is it the military that is making the soldiers sick?

I have talked to quite a few soldiers who have been in Iraq and what I am about to report should make your blood boil.

Many soldiers who come back from Iraq, now and even during the last gulf war, have certain symptoms that were given names. Just about every soldier in Iraq was forced to take three anthrax vaccines. A few soldiers had seizers within hours of getting the shots. There were even some soldiers who received more vaccines or shots that did not have a name. Now that the soldiers are getting sick they want to see their files, and for some of them, their shot charts are incomplete or missing entirely.

One of my friends now has an auto immune disease that is attacking his own thyroid. They have nerve damage; shaking hands, headaches....the list can go on and on.

Some might think that they are simply causes of being in war. Some might think that it was caused by something in their environment. However, these soldiers were stationed with French soldiers (all 10 of them...j/k) and NONE of them have any of these symptoms. They are fine.

If our military forced soldiers to get shots that will permanently ruin their quality of life, something MAJOR needs to be done.

If anyone knows anything about this, read anything about this, or knows what they can do....let me know.These men risked their lives for our freedom; the least we can do is make sure they are taken care of...especially if they will forever suffer the consequences of our own military's actions.

Obama might send troops into Pakistan

It just seems like Obama has a incoherent strategy.
We should leave Iraq, but go to Pakistan.
Does anyone really believe a lefty like Obama is really going to go against President Gen. Pervez Musharraf and just send US troops to Pakistan.
I just don't think I can trust someone who seems so wishy washy on military issues.
And looking back on Democratic Presidents, how has the military been used?
