You were soooo "mad" at Bush for his spending, where is the outrage now?

You were soooo "mad" about Gitmo, but now it is okay?

You wanted an end to the wars, what happened to the stories in the paper on a daily basis on soldier deaths?

Answer is that most of you really could care less about any of those things.  It was just a way for you to attack Bush..

Here is another example of a liberal being the exact opposite of the made-up stereotype the media gives to liberals.
They are supposed to be open-minded, cooperative and compassionate.

But once again they are the ones who despise anyone who has ideas other than their own..in essence she for shutting up anyone who doesn't think the same way she does.

Now, they is a much much more accurate portrayal of liberals, but this actual story doesn't fit the stereotype, which hardly ever has an actual story to back it up.

Pelosi Still Receives CIA Briefings, But Won't Say If They're Truthful

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) at her weekly press conference yesterday continued dodging questions about her accusations that the CIA lied to Congress about waterboarding terrorist detainees.

Pelosi was pressed by reporters on whether she continued to receive briefings and admitted that she is still receiving the CIA presentatoins. She refused to answer when this humble correspondent asked whether or not she believes intelligence professionals are still lying to her.

House Republican leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) spoke about Pelosi’s continued stonewalling at his own presser that followed shortly afterward.

“It’s been three weeks since I asked Speaker Pelosi to back up her allegations that the CIA lied to her or purposely misled her,” Boehner said. “She made this claim, and it's her responsibility to either put forward evidence that they did, in fact, lie to her, which would be a crime, or she needs to retract her statements and apologize. Allowing this to hang out there is unconscionable. And I just think the -- the silence from Speaker Pelosi is deafening.”

Boehner said that Pelosi “believes that it's just all going to go away. Well, just trust me: it's not going to go away.”

Obama taxing health insurrance

So, during the election Obama really drilled McCain for wanting to tax health benefits and giving a tax credit to offset the costs. The media jumped right in.
Well, Obama has now said he wants to tax health care benefits, but there is something different...he doesn't want to give the tax credit.

I'll just stop there and allow liberals to be intellectually honest and get really really mad about this just like they were when they gave this as one of the reasons they didn't want to vote for him.

It kind of plays into my theory that liberals really don't care about anything, just being elected and having power.
Do Republicans change their minds on things...sure...however the media gets all over them and so to conservatives.

About the AIG bonuses

Just remember a few things about the bonuses...
Obama is running around like a 3rd grader saying "It's not my fault, but I'll fix it"
Hey, that is great political talk...
But here are the facts:
The provisions to allow the bonuses are in the huge bailout Obama pushed through so fast no one was able to even read it.
People he appointed knew all about the bonuses for months and said nothing.
I understand Obama has to trust the people he puts in power and he doesn't know EVERYTHING about EVERY bill, and it would be impossible to know all that, but essentially when you hire people to do a job and they screw up, its your fault, so stop blaming everyone else.

So the point of this post is that Obama needs to stop lying that he had nothing to do with it. His administration pushed through the stimulus bill at record speed and his people knew about the bonuses.
On a side note, did you know that congress wants to single out individual private citizens, publish their names to the public, and tax them 90% of their bonuses...the same bonuses they all voted to let them have?

Meanwhile, the average salary for a lawyer with 20 years or more experience in the U.S. is a little more than $100,000.

For purposes of comparison, in 2005, Barack Obama made $1.7 million -- more than twice President Bush's 2005 income of $735,180 -- but they both gave about the same amount to charity. That same year, the heartless Halliburton employee Vice President Dick Cheney gave 77 percent of his income to charity. The following year, in 2006, Bush gave more to charity than Obama on an income one-third smaller than Obama's. Maybe when Obama talks about "change" he's referring to his charitable contributions

On another potentially controversial matter, the president also issued a "signing statement" with the bill, saying several of its provisions raised constitutional concerns and would be taken merely as suggestions. Bush for often using such statements to claim the right to ignore portions of new laws, and on Monday he said his administration wouldn't follow those issued by Bush unless authorized by the new attorney general.
White House officials have accused Bush of using the statements to get around Congress in pursuing anti-terror tactics.

Its already well documented that conservatives give more of their personal wealth to charity while liberals feel they should have higher taxes so govt can take care of everyone.

FLOTUS duds get backlash

I don't see how this is ever going to stop being a problem...
For some people, race and color is everything...
But its only thought of BY certain people and it only applies TO certain people...
Because Michelle Obama is black everything about her has to be black...
If you worked in the inner city you would know that whites are expected to respect, learn and celebrate everything black and Hispanic, while blacks and Hispanics are expected to respect, learn and celebrate everything black and Hispanic.
I doubt Laura Bush would have been yelled at if her dress was from a black designer, in fact that would have been applauded.
How about its okay for Michelle to wear a dress because she likes the dress.
How about its okay for a black person to vote Republican because they agree with the ideas.
See, certain people yell racism and say we need to get past race, but they are the exact same people who make EVERYTHING about race and require people to "act" the way they are expected to.
Just a side note, I am defending Michelle Obama...yes, me, the partisan hack who takes my orders from Rush and Sean...maybe Rush will say this same thing today on his radio show, I got the pre-show email this morning.
The point of all this...people should be judged and treated as....PEOPLE. It's great to celebrate the uniqueness of all of us, but in general people should not be expected to wear black designer clothes because they are black, or vote for a black guy because they are black. We are a free people who hopefully can make our own decisions.
Unless you believe all blacks, whites, and every other group of people is exactly the same?
