Cantor complains Pelosi refuses to meet with him

Here is another example of a liberal being the exact opposite of the made-up stereotype the media gives to liberals.
They are supposed to be open-minded, cooperative and compassionate.

But once again they are the ones who despise anyone who has ideas other than their own..in essence she for shutting up anyone who doesn't think the same way she does.

Now, they is a much much more accurate portrayal of liberals, but this actual story doesn't fit the stereotype, which hardly ever has an actual story to back it up.

She would want to meet with him because she is liberal and has an open mind, is willing to work with everyone...all the things that people pretend liberals are...

Some excerpts from Rep. Nancy Pelosi's speech upon her election as speaker of the House.

"Thank you my colleagues, thank you leader (John) Boehner (R-Ohio).
"I accept this gavel in the spirit of partnership, not partisanship, and I look forward to working with you Mr. Boehner and the Republicans in the Congress on behalf of the American people…”

“…in this House, must also work together…And the American people told us they expected us to work together for fiscal responsibility, with the highest ethical standards and with civility and bipartisanship.”...

"Let us join together in the first 100 hours to make this Congress the most honest and open Congress in history - 100 hours. “
"This openness requires respect for every voice in the Congress. As Thomas Jefferson said, 'Every difference of opinion is not a difference of principle.' My colleagues elected me to be Speaker of the House -- the entire House. Respectful of the vision of our Founders, the expectations of our people, and the great challenges that we face, we have an obligation to reach beyond partisanship to work for all Americans.”

One thing's for certain, why anyone would expect this women to be truthful is beyond me.

All well and good, but the republicans refuse to work with the Democrats and instead insult, complain, and obstruct everything the Democrats try to do.

So screw the republicans.

Let's see, republicans want to meet and see what they can work on, she won't meet with them...

Jim – don’t be such a tool. Switch the party in power and switch Dem’s for Rep’s in the above statement and you should have a strong sense of de-ja vu. (Note – the key word in the above statement is “should”)

The fact is Pelosi lied, pure and simple. The Rep’s tried to “work with” the Dem’s. The Dem’s had/have no interest in a little give and take. The Rep’s did their duty – that is, they questioned and debated the parts of the various plans that have been “leaked” to the media they don’t agree with. Because that’s all they have to work with, jeezz.

You’ve been engineered, resist. Resist!!!
