I'm going to try and cronicle every time a Democrat gets conviced of immoral acts...if the Lefties want to try and cite convictions on the right...go ahead...I"m tired of them just saying "everybody does it"
No they don't, and I'll continue to prove it...and no Rove and DeLay don't count....unless they get convicted of an actual crime.
Chvala pleads guilty to two felonies; sentencing postponed
Former state Senate Majority Leader Chuck Chvala (D-Madison) today pleaded guilty to two felonies for having a state worker campaign while on state time and for funneling illegal amounts of cash into the election fund of a fellow Democrat in 2000.

Dude! I'm afraid here in the real world it is true..Both sides do it. That doesn't make it right. They are part of the problem not the solution and should be expunged. Republican or Democrat. You are so damn partisan guy! It's about AMERICA.
I don't believe it is equal...for every Republican that gets convicted there are 10 dems...I'm just trying to prove my point...you don't seem to have anything to show that it is equal
I think it is up to you to demonstrate that the Democrats are "worse" than the Republics. I'm sure that we can match you conviction for conviction if you really want to do that. But it would be invalid to simply assert that one side is different from the other.

Why is it not fair to say it is equal on both sides? You haven't got a shred of evidence to support any other position. Republics are simply nicer, more honest politicians than Democrats? What "reality" are you living in?

NEW YORK The Toledo Blade, which was first onto the so-called “Coingate” scandal in Ohio, broke another related story this afternoon, reporting that a federal grand jury has indicted the central figure in the coin scandal --Tom Noe, the former Maumee coin dealer suspected of laundering money into President Bush's reelection campaign--on three counts.
Noe's attorney, Jon Richardson, told The Blade he was called this afternoon and informed of the indictment.
The prosecutor later held a press conference in Toledo at 4:30 p.m.
“The U.S. Attorney's office announced in April that it was investigating Mr. Noe for possible violations of federal campaign finance laws,” the Blade wrote today.

"A federal grand jury has indicted Tom Noe — the former Toledo-area coin dealer at the center of a state investment scandal — on three counts for allegedly laundering money into President Bush’s re-election campaign.
