Media caught "staging" a "stunt"

VIDEO
'Today' Reporter Paddles in Shallow Water

If Michelle Kosinski's canoe had sprung a leak on NBC's "Today" show Friday, she didn't have much to worry about.
In one of television's inadvertently funny moments, the NBC News correspondent was paddling in a canoe during a live report about flooding in Wayne, N.J. While she talked, two men walked between her and the camera _ making it apparent that the water where she was floating was barely ankle-deep.

Story from newsbusters:
In a deliciously ironic twist of fate, shortly before airing a segment aimed at embarrassing the Bush administration by suggesting that it had staged a video conversation between the president and soldiers in Iraq, the Today show was caught staging . . . a video stunt.

This is what happens when media types do not take their medication. That "lying" and "embellishing" gene that they have found in only reporters DNA has to be controlled with high doses of drugs.

Will this be a front page story in every news paper?
Will it be in every nightly news casts?
Lets go over the checklist:

Will it hurt Bush? NOPE
Will it hurt other Republicans? NOPE
Does it advance some BS liberal ideal? NOPE

So the story is dead

Keep talking about the "staged" even between the President and the troops...maybe if you say it enough it will actually come true.....it did work with the notion that Republicans hate black people...so maybe it will work here too.

your damn right...it is not fair that the media destorts everything...

Conservatives to not start on a level playing field...luckily we actually have ideas so we end up winning in the end...

But when we can't overcome all the road blocks put in our way...we do lose....we would NEVER lose if things started off on even footing...

do you realize the media puts EVERY Bush story on the TV every night...yet Newsweek had a story about the President having sex with an intern in the oval office and they sat on it...

It is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to argue that there is not liberal media bias with any facts.

Damn you're good, Game.

OK. Those two men...They had to know there was a camera crew and a news crew there and they had to know they were doing a video report, and they walked between the reporter and the camera anyway.

Do you suppose they were Bush supporters who saw the report that the Bush teleconference was staged and wanted to go one up on NBC?

I mean, they had to walk in front of her on purpose.

Dude, I caught part fo that, and they were not trying to infer that the water was too deep. It was just hyperbole.

they made fun of it AFTER they got caught...

this reminds me of the time Gore had a river damned up so he could do a photo shoot.

I really would appreciate it if those people who feel it necessary to post anonymously would stand up for what they believe and show their faces.
