CNN: 'IT WAS A COMPUTER BUG'

Read about CNN's explanation for the big X that flashed over Dick Cheney's head during a speech a few days back.

Basically they said it was a computer error. Rhyno seems convinced. How about the rest of us? Can we believe the obviously liberal news network just made a mistake? Out of the 90% of liberals who work there, is it possible one of them did this on purpose? Why is this the first time this has EVER happened?

I work in the television industry, part of a large corporate satellite network. I've been around the equipment in question and have worked with switchers - CNN is lying.

CNN just doesn't want to get caught committing another act of bias. Anybody tells your differently is uniformed or covering up for CNN.

I have worked in the computer industry for almost a decade. Being based on computer tech, the TV video systems can initiate unreproduceable anomalies. I double-checked with a tech at TV-6, here in Milwaukee. It isnt uncommon for goofy stuff to happen, and not be able to make it happen again. its just the first time that THIS goofy thing happened.

Well...since most liberals watch CNN and most conservatives watch FOX... even if they did that on purpose... wouldn't they be preaching to the choir so to speak?

drew makes a point...but
1. That doesn't make it right
2. There are plenty of moderates that are influenced by what they see and read...they take it as fact...
3. There are many idiots who don't know CNN is biased and take their broadcast as fact

Sorry rhyno, I guessing you have no experience with the types of systems used in network television production - I've been using computer graphics systems for almost 20 years in the TV industry. Yes, stuff happens. But not that kind of anomaly. The X was centered, sized, colored, and most likely pre-planned by whatever lib numbskull thought it would be cute.

But don't believe me - listen to the CNN employee defending the stunt. Oh yes, there is a taped call.

You know Espella, that Rhyno is far more of a lib than anything else. It is common for libs to feign naivete, when they can't intelligently defend their positions.
OOOOOHHHHH....OOOOOUUUUUCCCCCHHHHH!!!!!
Never mind, I am just reacting to rhyno's retort in advance. Another trait of libs.....soooo predictable in their responses.
Probably because they are sheep, just following the prompts of their current hero/heroine ;)
