When I see a headline like this, it makes me scratch my head.
There are other headlines that are similar to this one, like:
Tomorrow is Monday
People breath air
Milwaukee is still in Wisconsin
The Game is handsome and smart
These are obvious things. These should not need to be headlines.
Two ways to go with this...either
1. Comment on the Presidents speech or
2. Add more headlines that are as obvious as "Bush Asserts U.S. is Winning Iraq War

Winning is a state of mind not a state of the state.
Milwaukee still is in Wisconsin, we still breath air, and today is indeed Monday. 3 out of 4 is pretty good for you, dude.
