This should be a wake up call for everyone. There are many people in this country who are trying to make America lose...and why? Because they don't like it that we are so powerful. Dean and the Left are tired of us being bullies. They want us to fail once again. It is because of them that we lost in Vietnam. We have generals who admit they were hoping the Left would cause the US to lose.
Dean and the Left are the terrorists useful idiots...why would anyone support losing?
If the Left gets their way, the strongest and greatest country in the world will be forced to lose...
I bet that last sentence even pisses off some lefties....they don't even believe we are the greatest country in the world...well, if you guys get your way enough, we won't be.

Just as a note here, the US has never won a non-conventional war. This goes all the way back to Jackson losing the Seminole Wars, Pershing unable to handle Pancho Villa, and everyones favorite, Vietnam. We kicked the Iraqi army's ass, but this is phase 2. The closest we came was a stalemate with the Marines and Japanese irregulars in the WWII south Pacific.
OK, add this to the first sentence: has never won a nonconventional war with conventional forces.
Rhyno, valid point...except for one thing...
I believe we have lost vietnam and can lose this war because the military is worried to much about the PC game...if they would just go in there and kick ass, it would be over....
even if it wasn't over quick, if the media and the Left weren't such a bunch of cry babies and pessimists, we could take our time to win.
Not so. When Vietnam started, we used new and improvised tactics to take the fight to the enemy. When the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese adapted to this, the Conservative generals were unwilling to change styles to suit the needs of the conflict. We held most cities, but couldnt find a way to take the fight to the enemy after around '68-'69. So, they took it to us, and beat us down. Without a serious change in command structure, the best option was to pull out. Just a note, too. When you say anything about the military, you are talking about conservatives. The military IS conservatives. The estimates range from 70-90 per cent. Now, thats even a higher rate in the Army, cuz well...they suck.
Trying to make America lose!!!????? What the hell is that kind of talk!? Maybe someone feels that this is an ineffective way to fight terrorism. That it is not working and we should try a different course. That can all be debated but ...Trying to make America lose?! Planet Earth to Game.
