Yeah, cuz that doesnt describe just about every politician.
I note that NOAA is a part of the U.S. Commerce Department. Given the administration's position on global warming, their relationship to the some of the largest contributors to greenhouse gasses, and their unfailing practice of placing policy before science, I would not take NOAA's word as the final answer.
