Do you think Israel has a right to defend itself?
If Canada or Mexico said they wanted to destroy America, what would we do?
It seems to me that if America or any European country was attacked in the way Israel was, there would have already been military strikes.
I think it is some people's hatred of the Jews that clouds this issue.

I don't think Israel has much of a choice. Will the Americans help bomb the crap out of them? Probably yes, but the cost is having the Straight of Hormuz closed for a few weeks and putting down another rebellion in southern Iraq.
I'm not one to trade millions of lives for low gas prices, however.
And watch out for the stupid liberals to support the terrorists again, chanting PNAC! and No War for Oil! over and over again. (We'd actually *lose* oil if we attacked Iran, and the thug known as Hugo Chavez would certainly exploit the situation.)
I don't mean to rant (uh, yes I do!)--- here's an idea of how crazy the Iranian government is. Iran's response to the cartoons:
