FISA judges say Bush within law

So, the Left is bitching and moaning about nothing again.
Anything to bring Bush down and get power...
Run in this one guys....remind American's how your party hates the intelligence community, Clinton spent 8 years ruining it, because of it 9-11 was much easier to carry out, and now you are mad that the govt is listening to terrorist talk....yes, please keep talking about this....save us!!!

Further in the article:

"The judges, however, said Mr. Bush's choice to ignore established law regarding foreign intelligence gathering was made "at his own peril," because ultimately he will have to answer to Congress and the Supreme Court if the surveillance was found not to be in the best interests of national security."

9/11 was also easier to carry out because nobody in the Bush administration was paying any attention. "And I ask you whether you recall the title of that PDB?"

no one talks about that, because it is yet another issue that has nothing behind it...

just as this will not be talked about soon, since most people agree it is okay, and so do the judges...

congress will not do anything unless power changes hands...

and if the dems keep running on the fact that voting for them will bring an impeachment on Bush, theywill not win ANY seats...
