Instead of a free for all, I'm going to write a sentence or two about a bunch of stories that caught my attention, but not enough to make whole posts about:
Reid calls language proposal racist
There is the liberal race card...But, maybe its racist to think Mexican's are to lazy or stupid to learn English....Maybe its racist to allow them to handicap themselves with NOT knowing English....If he really cared about Hispanics, he would want them to learn English so they can be successful...there is the liberal thought keeping minorities down again for Rhyno (since he still doesn't get it).
Black Gold at Beverly Hills High
Just seems like another case of liberal hypocrisy...
Clinton Plans to Write Book About Activism and Service
The only public service he did was to allow the public to service him...
Teenage girls are 'out of control'
The feminists wanted equality, now they got it.
Mancow Mania Spreads Through Media
Mancow is very funny and his show is very well done...sometimes he does to much Howard Stern simple humor stuff...

I found the article on teenage girls in Europe the most interesting. Some feminists seem to think males end up making the big salaries by social friendships created by being crude-- like talking about your manhood with the guys. So they want to encourage women to be free to embrace this cartoon world. In reality, men are getting ahead because they choose more remunerative fields, and they have a tendency to stick with a goal even when first faced with failure.
Yet, feminists insist on liberating the baser nature of women, which, unlike the baser nature of men, is supposed to be good. Now we witness the results. It is hard to find a woman to date that doesn't have a nose ring, isn't uglied up with tatoos, and doesn't have a bitchy attitude of absolute entitlement.
just tell a liberal that women are naturally better and some things, and men are naturally better at other things, and step back
What a childish comment about former President Clinton, but what is one to expect. Clinton spent nearly his entire adult life in public service. He was elected governor of Arkansas at the age of 30 and held a public office for all but two of the years from 1976 to 2001.
"It is hard to find a woman to date that doesn't have a nose ring, isn't uglied up with tatoos"
Jason, please send such women to WI.

Where the hell are you getting your women??
When did I ever say citizens shouldnt learn English? The only comment I ever made was that, in New Mexico, Spanish is the other official language and shood be honored. Much like French in Louisiana.
you show me that spanish and french are the OFFICIAL languages...there are no official languages in the United States...but there might be sson
Rhyno --
Don't come to Chicago without reading the Skank Field Guide first!
Uh, yeah there is. 20 years ago, the following was added by referendum to the California Constitution:
"English is the official language of the State of California."
The following states also have 'official language'(English) on their books:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming.
Also, here are portions of the New Mexico constitution. It isnt 'officially' bilingual, but rather Spanish is guaranteed:
Section 3 - Sec. 3. Religious and racial equality protected; restrictions on amendments. The right of any citizen of the state to vote, hold office, or sit upon juries, shall never be restricted, abridged or impaired on account of religion, race, language or color, or inability to speak, read or write the English or Spanish languages as may be otherwise provided in this Constitution;
Section 8 - Sec. 8. Teachers to learn English and Spanish. The legislature shall provide for the training of teachers in the normal schools or otherwise so that they may become proficient in both the English and Spanish languages, to qualify them to teach Spanish-speaking pupils and students in the public schools and educational institutions of the State, and shall provide proper means and methods to facilitate the teaching of the English language and other branches of learning to such pupils and students.
Section 10 - Sec. 10. Educational rights of children of Spanish descent. Children of Spanish descent in the State of New Mexico shall never be denied the right and privilege of admission and attendance in the public schools or other public educational institutions of the State, and they shall never be classed in separate schools, but shall forever enjoy perfect equality with other children in all public schools and educational institutions of the State, and the legislature shall provide penalties for the violation of this section.
" The rights, privileges and immunities, civil, political and religious guaranteed to the people of New Mexico by the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo shall be preserved inviolate."
If you cut through the legal jargon, the treaty spells out nothing, but grants all 'rights and privileges' previously granted by Mexico. All factions of gov't interpret this as included in the constitution a bilingual status.
Here is Louisiana.
The treaty actually refers to Louisianas language rights. The following appear in Louisiana's constitution:
"The right of the people to preserve, foster, and promote their respective historic linguistic and cultural origins is recognized."
and
"When advertisements are required to be made in relation to judicial process, or in the sale of property for undpaid taxes, or under judicial process or any other legal process of whatever kind, they shall be made in the English language and may in addition be duplicated in the French language. State and local officials and public institutions are reconfirmed in the traditional right to publish documents in the French language in addition to English."
Plus, game...how could you neglect to recognize Hawaii. Hawaiian is recognized.
recognized is not an official language...if it was, everything should be written in hawaiian
It is, along with English.
nothing is written in Hawaiian in Hawaii, most people only know a few words...
aloha
mahalo
puka
everything is in english there
Now I know for absolute sure why it sux so bad here in NM.
