So, the Left once again wants us to run away and look weak to the rest of the world.
As soon as we do this, the middle east turns into a complete disaster, and Israel will not exist in a year.
All the soldiers and innocent civilians who died will now have died for absolutely nothing...
With the Left in control in Nov, this country will continue to get weaker and weaker, the rest of the world will not take us seriously, and will will continue to lose status as the worlds lone superpower (which is what the Left wants anyway).

Here's how it should work:
Fine businesses who employ illegal imigrants. Require biometric security cards. Once the job market for illigals is washed up they will all go home. The ones who dont go home are in violation of their Visa and are eligable to be deported.
If they are Female and between the age of 15-30 and can fill a bikini then they can become citizens.
If we are the worlds lone superpower, why doesnt Bushie use that fact to go after countries that actually have something to do with terrorism and world safety?

I can't remember who said less than one year into the Iraq war that "America would be embarassed now or embarassed later. It's only a matter of when."
If the soldiers and innocent civilians "die for absolutely nothing", that will be George W. Bush's fault, not the fault of those who must clean up this mess.
The entire Iraqi debacle was ill-conceived, poorly executed, and will in the best of circumstances end poorly for the US regardless of how long we keep troops there. The troops still there (I love this term from the book Cobra II) are little more than a "shit magnet", targets for EIDs and insurgents.
The US troops still there are doing little if anything towards improving the situation. Keep your stories about the new schools and libraries the troops are building. Iraqis could have done that by themselves if allowed. Baghdad and most of the major urban areas have clean water and electricity for only a few hours a day, less than pre-invasion. Can you honestly say that Iraqis are dying at a slower rate now than they were under Hussein?
The US can be strong by having the guts to admit a collossal mistake and use the military and resources to defend the United States AT HOME. There are PLENTY of ripe targets here that need defending.

Its a civil war dude, no getting around it. Letem kill each other all they want. They are as anxious to kill each other as us..whoever is in their way. They dont care about us except for the fact that we are in the way. Get our troops out and their will be no need for the money to be spent on Iraq or Haditha investigations or anything else. We need an all new strategy in the "war on terror"(if you can even have such a thing). GWBs way as usual is a miserable failure.
