"Immigrants only come here to work"

Waukesha - A man charged with attacking two women and raping one of them in Frame Park in separate incidents last month is an illegal immigrant who is believed to have been deported from the country in the past, Waukesha County District Attorney Paul Bucher said today.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have been notified about the arrest of the suspect, Fernando Juarez Decion, and have placed a detainer on him to bar his release from custody if he is able to post the $150,000 bail that has been set in his case, Bucher said.

Bucher said he notified federal immigration officials about Decion this week after learning that he was an illegal immigrant who apparently returned to the United States after being deported sometime in the past.

Decion, 30, was charged June 28 with three felonies of second-degree sexual assault by use of force, robbery with use of force and substantial battery for an attack on a woman he allegedly met three days earlier at Fiesta Waukesha in Frame Park, a criminal complaint says.

Juarez Decion is known by at least 12 aliases and has no permanent address, according to court records. He is scheduled to appear in court next on Friday. He was being held today in the Waukesha County Jail.

Both 'Rat candidates for AG would have released him without either the $150K bail or letting ICE know he was back in the country illegally.

this man attacked me. I was the woman in the park that wasn't raped. i was brutalized and there is absolutely no excuse for it. this man should have been in jail a long time ago. he has a laundry list of previous charges but we cannot solve these issues by deporting him to freely rape and brutalize Mexican women. let him rot in our system. I will gladly pay all the taxes I am asked if I can see that this man stays in jail for decades
