In a Fox News poll released yesterday, 60 percent of those surveyed said the Times did more to help terrorist groups by publishing the information, while 27 percent said the story did more to help the public.
The Amiercan people still get it right sometimes....Also shows how partisan and blind the liberals are here.

And the conservatives aren't? What a joke!
Dems need to be hammered on the terrorism issue over and over and over again. That and the economy, which is one of the best ever.
Here's my version of your post:
Bush lied to get US into war
54% of Americans believe that George W. Bush was not truthful about reasons to invade Iraq.
So how does it work, Game? If a majority of people express a certain view, then that's proof the view is correct? So Bush lied?
Jim--
I get your point, though note that telling a lie and not telling the truth are two different things. I may state the Sox lost the Scrubs yesterday based on the situation in the 9th inning and believe it, even though the Sox came back and humiliated the Northsiders with Pierzynski's home run. Here I would not be telling the truth, but that doesn't mean I lied.
You guys are all about nuance, so this should be old hat.
Should you even care....my response is here.

liberals obviously do not know the meaning of the word lie...it is their new talking point...they have NO PROOF of lying...unlike Clinton, who did lie...
Game,
In previous posts I gave you incontrovertable proof that either Bush had lied or was completely incompetent. Your choice.
And here is an interesting new development. In Ron Suskind's new book he talks about Bob Woodward, George Tenet and the "slam dunk" remark.
Remember that the slam dunk comment solidifies the notion that if the Iraqi invasion was carried out because of bad intelligence, that bad intelligence was provided by the CIA.
According to Suskind, Woodward learned of the remark from a White House memo sent to him prior to his interview with Bush leading to Plan of Attack. The memo was based on the "collective" recollection of Bush, Cheney, Rice and Card.
Of course Tenet was in the room during the briefing as was Deputy CIA Director John McLaughlin. Neither Tenet nor McLaughlin remember Tenet saying that the intelligence was a "slam dunk." They don't deny it, but they don't remember it either.
Seems like a pretty key phrase to forget.
Anyway, I can't wait to read The One Percent Doctrine.
jim said... In previous posts I gave you incontrovertable proof that either Bush had lied or was completely incompetent. Your choice.
So did I.
He's just a blind bat, jim. Reads what he wants to, and doesn't what he doesn't want to, believes what he wants to, doesn't what he doesn't, understands what he wants to, doesn't what he doesn't...
Makes it not worth telling game anything.
No surprises to those poll results. Anyone who can watch FOX "news" long enough to participate in one of their polls would have to be a right-wing jackass.
