Doyle's lead has been steady, but will it be enough?

Okay, here is my take on the governors race.

Excitement:
First of all, no one is actually "excited" to vote for Doyle. I am an MPS teacher, and NONE of them actually like Doyle or really want to vote for him. Many of them still will, but only because they are liberal and would never vote for a Republican

Advantage: Green

Property taxes:
Doyle lies and says he is for a property tax freeze, yet property taxes went up 4.2% last year. They have gone up over 14% in the last 4 years...
Green would actually freeze property taxes

If you don't want your property taxes going up...advantage Green

Taxes:
Doyle has vetoed tax payer bill of rights two or three times. If you don't want taxes going up, you have to vote for Green.

Advantage: Green

Voter ID:
Doyle has vetoed a voter ID bill twice. If you want people to have to show an ID to vote, you have to vote in Mark Green.

Advantage: Green

Scandal:
The only scandal Green has been in involves one in which the state elections board changed the rules and told Green he couldn't use campaign money that every other candidate ever has been able to use.
Doyle has been surrounded by scum bags and controversy in which there has been story after story involving Doyle contributors getting favors. It just happened again this week at UWM. Doyle clearly sells government favors, plain and simple.

Advantage: Green

Jobs:
Doyle has let his liberalism and love of big government and red tape cost the state lots of jobs. You can't blame Menards leaving on Bush. Republicans are much more friendly to "big corporations"...and big corporations bring jobs.

Advantage: Green

Personality:
No one in the world actually likes Jim Doyle....no one....he has the personality of a loaf of bread.
Green does not really get me excited either.

Advantage: slightly Green

Education:
Doyle says he is for teachers, but he lifted the cap on school choice, and continues to give less state funding to school districts.
If you listen to Dem's, if Green is elected, he will immediately fire all teachers and make any kid who can't afford private tuition to work in sweat shops....
However, many teachers are afraid that Green will slow spending and lift the cap even more than Doyle.

Advantage: Doyle

There you have it. If you want voter ID laws passed, more jobs, lower property taxes and lower taxes period, you can only vote for Mark Green.
If you want to hope Doyle will stop screwing you if you are a teacher, then you can vote for Doyle....the only other reason to vote for Doyle is if you have enough money to give to his campaign for favors.

well, guess I'm 100 percent correct on this one...
some idiots at Jay's blog say its a far right wing perspective, but NONE of them have been able to argue against ANY of my well thought out points
