Al Qaeda Sends a Message to Democrats

This is how they think.
They see America as weak, and the American people as weak.
They believe they will win, because they read and listen to all the trash talk done by Dem's.
The terrorist hope Dem's win more in 2008, so that they can win their war on the West...
Its all in this letter...the American people are helping terrorist win the war by giving up on the troops and voting for people who's words give terrorist hope.

But, Dem's will keep bad mouthing the USA and our mission, and give more hope in the future...its so simple to see how the terrorists are using you as useful idiots as other enemies of this country have in the past.

"The first is that you aren't the ones who won the midterm elections, nor are the Republicans the ones who lost. Rather, the Mujahideen -- the Muslim Ummah's vanguard in Afghanistan and Iraq -- are the ones who won, and the American forces and their Crusader allies are the ones who lost," Zawahri said, according to a full transcript obtained by ABC News.

Zawahri calls on the Democrats to negotiate with him and Osama bin Laden, not others in the Islamic world who Zawahri says cannot help.
"And if you don't refrain from the foolish American policy of backing Israel, occupying the lands of Islam and stealing the treasures of the Muslims, then await the same fate," he said.

Your analysis is flawless. You should be on The O'Reilly Factor.

Jim,

Keep those surrender flags flying.

Where does it say that Zawahri sees "hope" in Democrats' words?

And, how is this message (screw Israel, I'm great) any different from the messages bin Laden or Zawahri sent to Republicans? I seem to recall a bin Laden video right at the end of October, 2004, that had pretty much the same gist.

Jay,

Where do we see ANY Democrats telling this Iranian crackpot to go to hell?

Excuse me, this is carry over from the post on the Iranian crackpot. But, where are the Democrats telling Al Qaeda to go to Hell instead of embracing their hate of Israel and George Bush?

Pick a Democrat. Ask him or her. They'll tell you.

Look, pcd, you and The Game are making an affirmative point, that Democrats support al Qaeda and give terrorists hope. The evidence The Game presents for that claim--this letter from Zawahri--does not actually support the claim.

You make the same affirmative claim, both about Zawahri/al Qaeda and the "Iranian crackpot." Yet you, too, offer no proof to support your claim. Maybe you feel that just making a bullshit claim is enough, and it puts the impetus on those you smear to provide evidence of a negative. Those are odd rules of rhetoric, but if you want to play by them, I'd be happy to. Here are some claims I'd like you to provide evidence to refute:

-> Elizabeth Dole is a lesbian who lost the Senate because she was too busy diddling Condi Rice.
-> pcd sacrifices goats and drinks their blood in order to stave off global cooling.
-> George W. Bush is back on the sauce, and he's just too embarassed to tell us that his misadventure in Iraq was a bar bet he now regrets having made.

Your rules, pcd, dictate that you provide evidence that these are not true. I don't have to do anything else, except laugh at the goat's-blood stains on your t-shirt.

Excellent comment, Jay. Game has never yet been able to disprove my earlier assertion about his grandmother's "line of business."

I've looked over this post several times and must now believe Jay refers to another post. But I think it should be pretty apparent to the nuance savy left, that for the average conservative to say that the Dems support Al Qaeda and give terrorists hope. You're only half-way there.

There's no one I can think of in the Democratic Party who ever said they favor giving support to terrorists. The point the right is making is that the actions and policies of the Democratic support the enemy through their consequences and in that they give the enemy hope that they can prevail. And since one is best judged by one's actions, the number of examples alone should be equal to the spoken admission.

Be that as it may, I think it's obvious then, that there's little comparison between what Game has done, and your examples of Elizabeth Dole or PCD, who, as I thought I heard, uses chickens and he doesn't drink their blood, he spits it in fire. I don't know why.

But as I recall it, the bin Laden/Zawahiri messages to Republicans was more a threat to do what they wanted, and to the Dems, it's more like, thanks for doing what we wanted. Unless I'm misreading the nuance.

Jay and Jim,

Why do you insist that the Democrats aren't trying to surrender to any and every Islamofascist? You are getting to be like Iraqi soldiers in the 1st gulf war, surrendering to drones, helicopters, and to newspeople.

You nailed it, sir.
