Ex-candidate to surrender law licenses

Waukesha - Donovan Riley, a disgraced state Senate candidate, is paying a steep price for voting twice in the same election in 2000.

Riley, Democrat, agreed on Thursday to pay a $10,000 fine, surrender his law licenses in Wisconsin and Illinois and not practice law. He must also return campaign contributions to supporters who request refunds in the next 30 days even if it means paying them from his personal funds.

I make that work bigger:
1. because Dem's love voter fraud and don't care when it is done.
2. Because it was not mentioned ONCE in the paper version of the JS that he was a Democrat. It was added later online. This is how voter fraud works. The guy who wrote this story is a liberal, so he either left it out on purpose, or didn't have the ingrained bias for Dems that he has for Republicans. It is also possible it was the editor who is the biased liberal. You know damn well that if this was a Republican who committed felony voter fraud, it would be in the title that he was conservative.

Also, why do we not care about voter fraud? Kids slash GOP vans the night before election day, they get nothing. We catch a guy read handed voting twice, nothing. Conservatives should be very upset by all this, since we lose close elections this way....

Nickle and dime stuff.

Instead see the 2002 New Hampshire Senate election phone jamming scandal by Republican party officials with ties to the White House.

Um, they got jail time. That's a little more than nothing.

Riley, who's mostly retired (won't miss the law license) and wealthy (won't miss the $10k) is the one who got off easy.
