This is a very interesting story.
The NFL is trying to get 75 cents out of everyone who has cable to get the NFL network...that would net them hundreds of millions a year.
Cable does not want to give them that much money, they want to give 25 cents...cable stations like ESPN get 75 cents per view per month...and they have programming all year...NFL network has a few games.
However, because of the NFL's attempt to create their own network and make much more money, they are going to take away America's most popular sport to most of the country.
Is this the right thing to do?
Are they going to upset NFL fans and drive them away?
Are fans going to demand cable gets this network, and win?
Will this lead to PPV sporting events?
Is this capitalism at its best, or worst?
Should the federal government step in and stop this?

I hate the Thursday games, period! I even hate the Thanksgiving games. I have a dish. I can see the games, but I hate them all the same.

I really think those who MUST see the game will always find a way to see it.Still is all about the GREEN--not Green Bay.
