Rape Charges Dropped in Duke Case

I am not usually for lawsuits, but here is a good time for one.
A Democratic DA, used the race card to get elected.
In the process, he dismantled a Division I sports team and ruined the reputation of three athletes.
Did the kids make bad decision and do things that were not smart?
Yes...
Should they be brought up on rape charges because a prostitute wants to get paid and a DA wants all the black votes in a minority county by stringing up three white guys?
No.

The DA should be sued for all he has, and anyone else they can get money from.
City hall should be these guys new frat house.
In addition, lets start holding accountable all the morons who voted for this guy who was obviously using race to get elected.
Anyone who voted for this guy should have to pay these kids too....
