I am assuming 'villain' is open for interpretation in this matter?
I will say the worst villains of 2006 are the Liberal Bloggers who continue to equate Bush with Hitler, who verbally spit on and denigrate the troops, and who generally peddle their hate of everything not Socialist or Secular Progressive.

That would make a very few people except in the mind of the wingnut right who must have an enemy to feel "strong" and "powerful". Let's hate other Americans!!!!

Interesting liberals give the words strong and powerful the scarequote treatment. There is nothing wrong with the beacon of freedom in the world being strong. Instead of conservatives believing in human rights, liberty, rule of law and so forth, radicals claim conservatives believe in "freedom," "liberty," rule of "law" and so forth. They try to ironize every aspect of reality-- everything is a Jon Stewart episode to these people, and the adversary posture is all that counts toward being sophisticated in the scarequoted leftist mind.
Unless you prefer that our enemies be strong and powerful, and the United States be weak and disengaged, there's no reason for the scarequotes.
Those who have suspicion, distrust, and hate toward the United States deserve contempt from all rational and freedom-loving individuals. There is nothing enlightened in hating the good in an effort to be fair to evil.
Jason, someone who is truly strong and powerful doesn't need to prove it on a daily basis. The really should have said is ..need an enemy to give there bullying, sallow ego a boost.
the scarequote are there to point out that that word means something different to the writer than the one being written about. Jason your lack of cognizance has again taken a turn for the worst Jason. Did the election turn you again in this direction or what.
