I don't have a lot of time this morning...
but tell me where I am going wrong here:
Dems said over and over again that if they were put into power they would not cut funding for troops, they basically laughed at the thought. They did this so they wouldn't look weak.
Now they are threatening to cut funding...
Dems criticized the war saying Bush didn't know what he was doing. One reason he was stupid was because there were not enough troops.
Bush calls for more troops, Dem's don't like it.
I think these facts show that Dem's just say the opposite of whatever Bush says. The only plan they seem to have is to let Iraq be taken over by Iran and Syria, and then "talk" to them....
Ya, that is a great plan.

I believe the response would be, "Now it's too late for more troops!" as further evidence that the Dem plan is merely to be contrarian.
I challenge Democrats to articulate and defend their "plan". Most can't do anything but get angry for being challenged. The rest get unhinged when they are asked the conswquences of their actions.
Ask them about victory and you'll get pure hate as they can never seeing the US winning anything.
It should also be noted that libs have been crappin' about Bush not admitting mistakes. Now that he assumes responsibility "where mistakes were made", they give him pipe for that. He can't win for losin'.
well, we see even Jim and Ron are too ashamed of the Dem's plan to defend it...
cause they only want to run away and make sure we keep losing wars so hopefully the American people will get behind them in downsizing the military....that way we will no longer be a bully, mean guy superpower

Good point. I not only believe this, I know it, since we have evidence for it and it is true.
Marshall, Bush did NOT admit that he made mistakes. He said assumes responsibility. I give him credit for assuming responsibility as any executive should for mistakes made on his watch. But he could just as well have been talking about mistakes by the generals he just replaced.
Game, to which Democratic "plan" are you referring?
Well it's the closest he's gonna get and it's closer than any president should get when he's in the middle of a war. Those who expect such have no right to such expectations. The ones expecting iy now especially since they only wish more crap with which to smear Bush. But they are using this acceptance of responsibility in the same manner anyway.
