Dems Seek to Bar U.S. Attacks on Iran

"The president does not have the authority to launch military action in Iran without first seeking congressional authorization," Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., told the National Press Club.

Its amazing how Dem's just say things that are flat out wrong.
This is one of their strategies...just say things enough times and it becomes true. Like with the wall on the border, just say that it doesn't work then eventually people believe it doesn't work.

Anyone who ever took a high school government class knows that the President can deploy the military without approval from congress. As usual, Reid is wrong.

Also, I LOVE how weak the Dems look every day

They can claim it, Jason, because they don't understand what it means. They are too focussed on regaining power that that goal becomes synonymous with "loving America" despite whether or not the consequences are beneficial. They can't get over the fact that Bush, a man they think is an idiot, twice beat them out of their chance to regain power. What does that say about themselves that an idiot beat them twice? This continues to drive them crazy, and they are obsessed with obstructing his every move no matter what it costs.
