Doyle to ask for bans on smoking

For many conservatives, this story gets them very upset.
I am torn.
Telling a business they MUST ban smoking when smoking is a legal activity is definitely wrong.
However, taxing the crap out of someone who does something so obviously stupid does not get me so mad.
Republicans are calling this a tax increase, and it is, but not for all of us.
But like I said, I am torn. Since this could move into other areas. Maybe fast food will get another tax, or junk food, or trans fats, or, or, or...
I guess I am being a bit egocentric on this one. I do not smoke and besides doing drugs like crack cocaine, this has to be the dumbest thing anyone could do.

What do you think?

Scorpion says---
The Dullard Doyle seems to think that he can pretty much DICTATE what he wishes right now with all that power now available to him. I
don't smoke either--yet this still
appears the workings of the buffoon
that he is.Keep taxing the living "tar" out of this product,
and you may accomplish more in the
end.

Doyle is just driving people across the borders and to Indian Smoke Shops. He will not accomplish anything except put a BIG hole in tax revenues. Watch for an income tax hike to cover that hole.

Craps is highly hypocritical. On one hand, he wants all that tax money. On the other, he doesn't want to allow the activity that brings in that money.
