I would have to agree.
I am also surprised.
The general attitude in the inner city is to do whatever you want, and only follow the rules you feel are fair. There was a press conference with a few parents saying they told their kids to take cell phones to school and if they are taken away the parent will come down to the school and kick some ass.
That is the general attitude in society...and it usually works.
Yell and scream as loud as you can and people will just get tired of you and let you get away with it.
We will see what happens when school start doing scans and search kids. When 500 cell phones get taken from kids in a high school in one day we will see how many problems we have.
