A Democrat from Wisconsin has gotten in trouble for some things he has been saying, including:
Kagen describes running into Bush adviser Karl Rove in a basement restroom, blocking Rove's departure by holding a door closed, and telling Rove, "You're in the White House and you think you're safe, huh? You recognize me? My name's Dr. Multimillionaire and I kicked your ass."
Here is the part that gets me. Why is it that Democrats can NEVER admit they did something wrong and apologize?
Here is his response:
"My mishandled attempt at humor wasn't delivered or received well. It won't happen again."
I think it shows a real lack of character on his part along with all the other Democrats who can't say they are sorry for what they have said or done. Kerry did the same thing with his comment about our troops being stupid.

Wisconsin has always hsd it's socialist streak in its politics. It comes from the large Scandinavian and German population. Ok, I'll mention the Belgians and Polacks, too.
The unions are in decline. Green Bay is hurting from Dean Foods shutting down "Larsens" and other low skilled manufacturing jobs disappearing. I don't want to forget the closing of Mall downtown.
Green Bay suffered for 7 years of "downtown redevelopment" until we got that damn mall. Now it is empty and the people resent it.
What is going to bite Kagen is the Democrats doing nothing about Illegal Immigration. You are going to see real crap hit the fan when one more Mexican gang shoots up the northeast side of town.
The Democrats make big promises that they do not intend to keep.
