The kids were on the wrong bus and Mom blows up at the school district. Stupid people make my head hurt, too.

Forget the fact that people are now being **segregated** by in this country by language. All in the name of tolerance, diversity, and self-esteem, of course.

MLK day is coming up Monday...luckily we are listening to his famous words:
"I have a dream that one day my children will be segregated by the color of their skin and the language they speak, and not brought together by the content of their character

Another lame post. An administrative mistake is the worst case you can make. The reason for the bus requirements is quiet clear and makes sense even if it is debatable.

Then read the last two paragraphs of your citation. What anonymous said. The family didn't even live in the district.

The article was less than clear (except for the part about the Armstrongs "no longer" living in the district---which means they did at the time but no longer do) but I got the opinion that each bus is going to a different place. Or are they? If not, who cares what language is spoken. If they were going to different destinations, then the Armstrongs have no bitch at all. Different academies at the same location? I'm confused.

Oh, and Jim,

Not every post will be compelling. So what? You want compelling every time, start your own. Game can post what he wants at his place. Don't like it, go to the next one.

Jim,

You are more than lame. The family was not notified of anything until the kids were at school and then told they have NO WAY HOME. Only a aparatchik with no sense or soul can support that action. You are SICK, Jim, SICK!

The district was lazy and discriminatory. Where is the Minnesota chapter of the ACLU???

Stupid people like A--nonymous make my head hurt too.Lame would be anyone who thinks that ANY child
shouldn't be able to speak English on ANY public school bus in America. Now if this public school bus was in Mexico or Cambodia I'm sure the English only speaking bus
would give the confused local kid a
ride.WHAT??What is this becoming??
This is a GREAT story and should be
sad to really tolerant diverse readers.Sometimes kids need help.
