Global Warming, as we think we know it, doesn't exist. And I am not the only one trying to make people open up their eyes and see the truth. But few listen, despite the fact that I was the first Canadian Ph.D. in Climatology and I have an extensive background in climatology, especially the reconstruction of past climates and the impact of climate change on human history and the human condition. Few listen, even though I have a Ph.D, (Doctor of Science) from the University of London, England and was a climatology professor at the University of Winnipeg. For some reason (actually for many), the World is not listening. Here is why.
What would happen if tomorrow we were told that, after all, the Earth is flat? It would probably be the most important piece of news in the media and would generate a lot of debate. So why is it that when scientists who have studied the Global Warming phenomenon for years say that humans are not the cause nobody listens? Why does no one acknowledge that the Emperor has no clothes on?
I don't even want to debate IF global warming exists or IF humans are the cause. I want to debate WHY people who say global warming is natural or doesn't exist at all are completely ignored?
Just like the war on terror, the liberal media has misreported this issue and it is working. The UN report that was released a few weeks ago might actually make the point that global warming is minimal. Here is why I think that.
In 2001 a UN report said that ocean levels would rise 3 feet by 2100. In 2007, the new report says 19 inches. That is almost a 50% decrease in 6 years.
Since the 2001 report, the earth has heated up 0.03 degrees.
I am asking a question that has an obvious answer. The liberal media has stopped reporting the news and now simply pushes their issues with their liberal slant...but you are free to add your thoughts...

We are told all the time that the world is flat. However, a vast majority of scientists and 600 years of observation and evidence say it is not.
We are told all the time by some leaders and some scientists that global warming is a lie and/or not made worse by man-made causes. However, an overwhelming majority of the world's climate experts and tons of observation and evidence say that it does exist and that it is made worse by man-made causes.
In summary, they aren't ignored, they are refuted.

Consensus in not science. It is politics. Now the Czech PM says Global Warming is a myth.
I think you ought to check your science, not just listen to a bunch of otherwise out of work academics who are looking for US taxpayer monies.
