Records spur questions in report's delay

Madison - Investigative records raise questions about whether Gov. Jim Doyle's administration delayed the release of a report in apparent violation of the state's open records law so a second report could be written to give Doyle political cover.

The Department of Transportation has already admitted it violated the law by delaying the release of the report in 2004, but newly released documents raise the possibility that Doyle's Department of Administration was complicit in that decision. The administration says it was not.

Reading about how dirty and slimy Doyle is makes me want to take a shower. Dem's are about integrity and honesty!!!! Clean govt!!!

Jay and the other WI libs don't have the balls to come here and admit Doyle is a slime ball

This is nothing that the Bush Administration has not been doing for years. They ignore the law when it comes to producing LEGALLY REQUIRED reports or other information which might be embarassing to it.

I don't remember reading about Bush in this story....over here, over here...focus Jim

I am clearly focused here, Game. I'm focused on the hypocrisy of someone who continues to criticize Democrats for what he shrugs off in Republics.

If I'm critical of Republics, I get back Kennedy, Jefferson, Clinton, ad nauseum. But if you criticize a Democrat, I must maintain my focus on this evil-doer.

I don't accept that.

I call'em as I see 'em...I give to ANYONE who is wrong..both sides...not so much from you and your side

So let's hear it about the Bush Administration failing to comply with the law.

Jim,

That's the best you can do? "We can't discuss this, because I claim your guy did it too." How lame. Damn, if that's your criteria, neither side would be able to debate anything.

Jim,

You hypocrite, how about condemning Hillary Clinton for not producing subpoenaed Rose Law Firm Billing records that were later found in her White House Bedroom? Let's see you run from this as you run ever time you Democrats get caught doing evil.

still waiting Jim...I think we will be waiting for a long time...

You're waiting for what, Game?

Jim,

What LEGALLY REQUIRED reports are you talking about? And are they truly required, or is that just the way some Dems want it? The Dems have THEIR own ideas about what's legal and Constitutional that don't exactly inspire confidence.

you are comparing apples to oranges here, but I'll leave it at that since no matter what I say you won't understand
