OBAMA $$ HIT SET FOR NYT

Less than two months after ascending to the U.S. Senate, Barack Obama bought more than $50,000 worth of stock in two speculative companies whose major investors included some of his biggest political donors, the NYT will splash on Wednesday Page Ones. The paper claims, according to newsroom sources: One of the companies was a biotech concern that was starting to develop a drug to treat avian flu. In March 2005, two weeks after buying about $5,000 of its shares, Obama took the lead in a legislative push for more federal spending to battle the disease. The paper's Mike McIntire and Chris Drew get front placement [side by side with Libby Coverage] for details of Obama's most recent financial disclosure:It shows that he bought more than $50,000 in stock in a satellite communications business whose principal backers include four friends and donors who had raised more than $150,000 for his political committees.A spokesman for Obama says the senator did not know that he had invested in either company.Impacting late...

For the group that claims to be smart enough to know how to run each and every American's life for them....how is it that so many of the people they elect to office have to play the stupid care all the time...
Obama didn't know he invested in those companies...it looks like he is not so "clean" now is he Mr. Biden?

What you're seeing here is a Clinton war machine smack down.

OMG, he's stupid enough to think he can beat the Clinton's at their own game. Not only that...he's trying to play their game using mere thousands. What's up with that? If you're going to buck the system why not go for 6 or 7 figures?

Obama sold the stocks as soon as he learned of them . . . because his blind trust bought them without his knowledge.

The right's spinners will try to lay this on Obama, but he didn't have a thing to do with it. Sheesh.

I heard he game a "Bill Cosby" speech to a group of black people...if he really did and I can get a hold of it, I will put it up here and give him a cheer...
