More evidence that this case was all about a Democrat playing the race card to make it look like he is tough on rich white kids...I sure hope he goes to jail for along time.

Nifong should be disbarred, sent to jail, and be financially punished to make a feeble attempt at restitution for what he cost the 3 "boys" he indicted.
Read "Patterico's Pontifications" for what a career and active prosecutor in Los Angeles has to say. I don't know if Jay and Jim can bear do condemn a fellow Democrat party hack, but there's hope there's a shread of decency and honesty in the two of them.
