Incompetent Jimmy Carter accomplished nothing that would allow him to blast anyone ever.
Well, he certainly would know a bad President, after all, he is the absolute worst.
Mark hit that nail on the head! Is there any other president who would so wish for another to be labled as "the worst" than Carter?
