So, can we REALLY keep blaming racism and poverty and other factors for the sub-human behavior in certain areas of the city?
I don't do it, but the educators and city leaders who matter do think this way.
Let me tell you one little fact....until you change the way certain communities in Milwaukee or any inner city behave, NOTHING you do will EVER change what happens in an inner city public school...
The cycle continues...

Plus it is starting to get really HOT in the caring neighborhood areas.Still, there are pages and pages of jobs avialable in the classified section of the Milwaukee
URINAL every day.Maybe a job this summer will be a better choice.
Once again, blame for bad behavior is placed where it doesn't belong. There's really no changing the behavior of the rat bastards. Figuring out how to inspire them to change themselves is the real task. The current generation might be too far gone already, barring some epiphany. But the young need to be told when punished how they choose to be punished by engaging in behavior that carries such a price, and that it gets worse for them when they get older. Then, come down really hard on that lost generation where the young can see it and know it does get worse. Explain how the rat bastards chose their punishment.
Oh, yeah. And prayer. Lots of prayer.
I read another book explaining how liberalism, especially the liberal social programs of the 60's has destroyed the black community...
I think it is obvious
Anytime we put the cause on something other than ourselves, we fall into the same traps. It takes the reasons for the status quo out of anyone's hands and frees everyone from culpability. We are where we are due to our own actions and inactions. This has to be each individual's first thought in figuring how life came to suck as it does. We are all too willing to take credit for the good, when we are usually just as responsible for the bad. Liberalism, as it is known in this country these days, helps to was away all responsibility that rightly belongs with the people in trouble. Are there true cases of want and need? Of course. Liberalism widens the parameters to include far too many who are capable if only they'd move their asses, and let's them assume victim status for their life choices and the debts they've accumulated.
