Democrats Lead By $100 Million In Money Race

Okay, so lets follow conventional wisdom.
When Republicans win the money race, they are labeled to be at the mercy of big business. Rich people give to Republicans, so Republicans cater to their need. Even though we know that the Right always get a much higher percentage of their donations from smaller amounts, as opposed to the Dems who get much more of their money from large contributions.

So, what will the spin be on this? It must be that Dems are not getting more money from the rich (even though this has always been the case).
Nope, the spin will be that so many people are politically in line with the Dems that they will surely win in 2008.

REVIEW: When Republicans lead in fund raising, it is because of rich people and corporations, and the fact that Dems fight for the little guy and the little guy has no money...even though more large contributions go to Dems.

When Dem's take the lead, it will be because of a shift in the thinking of the American people.
Even though it is true they are getting more small contributions...isn't it funny how they are the party of the poor yet get way more rich people to contribute?

See how media bias and political spin works?

Howard Dean had all the money in 2003, and look what happened to him.

GOP candidates just need enough money to get their messates out in time for the primaries. Once the general election heats up, the money will equalize between the two major party nominees.

What is your source for this "we know"?

I think most on the left know that the Dems get plenty of money from the corporations.

isn't it funny how they are the party of the poor yet get way more rich people to contribute? Maybe there are are plenty of rich people who want to help other people. I see no problem with that.

I'd still like to see your source on how many rich contribute to dems vs reps.
