Olbermann Blames Iraq War Spending for Bridge Collapse

Anyone who would even think like that shows a total lack of clear thinking.
There are so many holes in that argument where would one start?
I already talked about the $800 million train MN built instead of fixing bridges. See there is an ACTUAL fact, a reason that bridges are not being fixed, not some far, far, far Left wing moron whose hatred for Bush and conservatives is seen by tens and tens of people every weeknight.
For anyone who can put their hate aside for a minute, it would be clear that the problem is the inability of state government to set priorities.
I know, people like Hash want to blame Bush for everything, which makes comments like that not even worth debating. However, anyone who actually wants to fix and solve problems, call your state government and tell them to stop wasting money on trains that no one rides, or steal the money out of transportation budgets to fund failed liberal social programs.

You and your "programs".

There is a direct causal link between the ridiculously expensive military quagmires we wage for other nations, and the deterioration of our infrastructure at home.

Show me ONE other occasion in history where a prolonged war was accompanied by a tax CUT.

You repeatedly try to shift blame to vague "programs" that are not even in the same fiscal ballpark and then play the "hate" card whenever you are called on it, but the fact is, this collapse can directly be attributed to the failed policies of THIS administration...not Clinton's, not Carter's, not Roosevelt's, but Bush's, and no one else.

Americans are dying, here and at home, and it's more important to you to defend a political party than it is to turn around, pull yourself up by your bootstraps, and take responsibility for the problems facing ALL Americans and not just your narrow interests and your cronies.

That is some great crazy...
There is more tax revenue coming in the the govt than every before. Oh ya, I forgot you don't know tax cuts bring in MORE money. That doesn't fit in your socialistic menatlity.
Actually, the war spending has zero percent to do with spending on bridges...however, I gave two great examples of how Democrats have spent money that was supposed to be used on stuff like bridges. You have yet to show how money spent in Iraq has more to do with a bridge in MN than the MN Dems building a 800 million dollar train...

Wait, Game. He's right. Everything is Bush's fault. We keep forgetting that. Hell, when a star burns out in a distant galaxie, you know Bush or Rove had something to do with it. This bridge? No brainer. Bush all the way. Last year the Bears had a great season but lost the Super Bowl. Know why? Bush. Simple. Got a problem? Blame Bush. He's that all purposed reason for failure. What the fuck will we do when he's no longer president? Scratch that. When he's no longer alive?

Game, it has been shown to you here MANY times that tax cuts do not pay for themselves and you cannot prove that they do. Because they don't.

What $800 million train are you talking about? Where is a link to it?

There's more tax revenue because there's more taxpayers.

Tax cuts don't increase revenue. I conclusively proved that for you already.

What's wrong with public transportation, anyway? Is THAT your idea of a government entitlement program?

And what exactly are people without cars to do? Flap their arms, and fly?

Really, this is your most ridiculous one yet...

no, blaming the Iraq war for a bridge falling down might be a bit more stupid than showing how a transportation budget, in which bridges is included, might be used.
Ever hear of a bus.

Comrade Olbermann blames everything on Bush, so what else is new. The litany is always the same: If only we can give the federal government all of the power-- then we would have solutions to problems!
