Analysis: Sidestepping Risky for Clinton

It could be a long two months for Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton if she continues to sidestep questions on big issues.
With just seven weeks to go until the leadoff Iowa caucuses, the New York senator has become the target for her Democratic rivals, especially Barack Obama and John Edwards, who are openly questioning her candor, integrity and electability.
Clinton has fought back using a classic front-runner's playbook, trying to avoid direct confrontations with the other Democrats while taking her fight to Republicans, especially President Bush.
But by avoiding questions on important issues - from Social Security overhaul to driver's licenses for illegal immigrants - Clinton risks playing into a narrative her rivals are eager to establish: that she is slippery, evasive and overly political.

I think this is good news....because it is accurate. Hillary will get the nomination, and it might be possible that ENOUGH people realize what she is. Bill was one of the best politicians of all time...but she is not her husband. People don't like her, and I mean HER. Even if you don't like some stuff Rudi says, I would guess a poll about people's personalities would put Rudi pretty high. So, remind people what a slimeball Hillary is, focus on how she is someone no one really likes, then pound home true conservative ideas and 2008 can still be saved.

I liked what Biden said about Rudy last night. His entire repetoire consists of a noun and a verb followed by "9/11".

He said Rudy is the least qualified person in the field. And it's true. He's really done nothing to deserve whatever reputation he has.

As for being likeable? Ask his kids how likeable he is.

Here is what truly comical - Rudy is the leading republican candidate!! Hardly a conservative in his private and public life.
Instead, engage in personal attack on Hillary! Good way to divert from reality!

'Likeable'?? mmm....how 'likeable' was George Bush? lol

Giuliani has done more than all three of the democrat front-runners combined. Giuliani put the five crime families in NYC behind bars, created economic growth by cutting taxes, cut murder by 1500 deaths a year, and cracked down on porn shops, prostitutes, and druggies.

Dems like Biden are just jealous because their leaders either cry on national television during a crisis (Blanco) or play the race card to cover their asses (Nagin).

Now, to look at the Dems, if Bill Clinton was not elected in 1992, no one would point to his wife today and say she was the most qualified person to lead this country. That woman is a phony, an opportunist, and a fraud.

I said it months ago you all would be supporting Hillary. The lefties here were like, "no way!" but as usual, we know you better than you know yourselves.

game,

How about a liberal free week? Then see what kind of activity and dialog you get.

Everyone can see what little Jim gets with his Conservative free website. It was dormant for better than a year.
