Actually it’s a very accurate definition … If you take out the “parentheses” groups, and the reference to the United States.
Is it any wonder that this originated from Seattle, WA? Jeez, you’d think that living in such beautiful surroundings would make people a little more introspective.
I’m starting to seriously believe that constantly living above a certain latitude screws with your ability to skeptically/openly/realistically view the world!

I don't agree with the reference to races within the paranthesis either! A person of any color can face the racism!
This is something whites need to learn to live with. Majority in any open/democratic society carries the burden of making sure that minorities are treated with fairness. Also, unfortunately, whites carry some baggage from the past...you all know what I am talking about.
(Well, I am a white and I have no guilt. But, I know the history and I am realistic)
Racism not obvious is possibly not racism at all. Overt racism is the only kind that can truly to fought out in the open. From there, we can only appeal to the hearts of men and hope it's enough to persuade them against racism.
Racism is simply discrimination based on race. End of story.
Having known far more white guys than any other race, I've only been directly exposed to racism by white guys. I know it exists in other races, despite what Spike Lee says.
