That is tragic. What do these kids think they are going to move on to after school? Do they think they are going to be CEOs? Drug Dealers? Dead?
Unfortunately, PCD, I believe most of them think they'll end of dealin' and/or dead. Many of them have lost any sense of ambition beyond grabbin' what they can before they catch a bullet. Too few reject these as their only options and break away and that's extremely sad. I agree with Game that liberal policies played a large part in this, but at this point I don't really care how it began, only that it needs to be turned around.
