Who is electable?
Hillary...only if the Republicans choose Huckabee, no one likes her.
Obama...too many people will not vote for a black person and he has been in the Senate for 4 minutes. One of the most liberal people in the Senate, and the other 10 seconds he was a Senator in Illinois, he had no position of power, did nothing.
Edwards...Slime ball trial lawyer who cheats on his wife, lies in court to win money for people who don't deserve it, and works with hedge funds and lies about why he is there.
Huckabee...More liberal on fiscal issues than Bill Clinton and Jim Doyle. He would lose to all the people mentioned above. I can't believe someone would vote for a man who goes to a certain church. Well, if you vote for him, get ready to give all your money to welfare moms and dead-beat losers.
Rudi...I guess he is too liberal on social issues even though he said he would appoint conservative judges. For those of you who only care about abortion...what is your problem? NEWS FLASH...Roe v. Wade will NEVER be overturned...Bush and Rudi have/will put judges on the Supreme Court who limit a womans ability to kill a child. That is the best you can hope for. In regards to the war on terror he is great...illegal immigration everyone sucks.
Thompson...Probably has the best ideas on the most issues. His problem is that he doesn't seem to want to do the work. If he was the candidate he would beat Hillary or Obama.
McCain...Will not get the nomination, but a McCain/Lieberman ticket would get at least 20% of the vote and even win a few states. I am not sure who that helps.

Hillary will be the Dem nominee. This is bad news for the GOP, given the Clintons know how to defeat the Republicans. It would be great if the Dems nominated Obama-- Republican operatives know he has a LOT of baggage from Springfield and are currently holding their fire. The trial lawyer is easy pick'ns too.
GOP side is a different story. Our most electable candidates -- McCain and Giuliani, are doing poorly in the polls. The conservative base not only has an absolute sense of entitlement these days, as if their shit doesn't stink-- they're gobbling up the identity politics too, something I really detest.
It is as if I'm given a choice between Christian Socialism and Marxian Socialism. Doesn't anyone ask why we need to go down the well-traveled socialist road? Confidence in the powers government, especially after Iraq and Katrina, is almost a **faith** to some people.
JH, Hillary is unelectable nationwide. Her Negatives are too high.
Also, W isn't on any ballot this year.
