A few points:
1. This is a great case where the death penalty should be used. This piece of crap doesn't need to be on this Earth anymore...he made sure a good woman is not around anymore, why should he live?
2. It seems to be like the new police chief is doing a good job. Lots of drug busts, hang houses raided, more murder cases solved. I have not seen the numbers, but either he is getting things in order or the media is just making it seem that way.

I used to think no government should hold the power of life over anyone.
I've come to realize that a society should be able to consider certain crimes so heinous that your life should be ended if you commit one of these crimes. Murder would be at the top of the list if not the only crime on that list. It should also not take 10 to 15 years of legal game playing to be carried out fairly.
Think it'll ever happen?
I can't refrain from mentioning that Mondale's running mate today stated that Hussein the Anointed One wouldn't be where he is today if he wasn't black, and Frau Clinton is being discriminated against because she is a woman.
The Dems have been playing the race and gender cards against us for way too long. I'm thoroughly enjoying them using their own tactics on each other.
The only difference is that these tactics are hurting Clinton, whereas Bush's race baiting attacks on McCain were the key to gaining the republican nomination...
