West Allis tops snow list at 121.6 inches

The official snow total at Mitchell International may have come up short of the record 109 inches that fell in the winter of 1885-'86, but a number of local communities topped that mark, according to a snow roundup issued over the weekend by the National Weather Service.Leading the way were West Allis at 121.6 inches and Germantown at 121.3, but according to a map included in the report, large areas of Milwaukee, Waukesha and Washington counties and the southwest corner of Ozaukee County all topped 120 inches.Mitchell needs another 1.1 inches to reach 100 inches. But let's hope they don't have to update the map.

I live a block away from West Allis, so I can say I got more snow than anyone else in Wisconsin...great.
