Vincent just had more fights and people cited with tickets from the police than 99% of high schools in Wisconsin will in the next 25 years.
Who is to blame?
I know who school board members, educators, administrators, central office workers and anyone else who runs public education will NOT blame...the kids, parents, the community....you know, the people who are to blame for this behavior.

I imagine this was big enough to make the news and be reported by the media..how many other incidents
took place around MPS this day that never gets reported...I'll wager more than the number at Vincent...must somehow be some teachers fault..IMAGINE THAT.....
I am just thrilled that my children will be getting out of MPS through open enrollment. I have tried to change the schools by joining the PTA and the governance councils. Nobody wanted to listen to the parents who made suggestions. MPS wants to continue to operate like they did in the 1970's. I have given up on MPS as did many of my friends. I am finished drinking the MPS kool-aid.
I hope that you and everyone like you has announced to them why you are leaving. Leaving quietly won't be acknowledged at all. God have mercy on them all. May He open their eyes and strengthen their spines.
